
Each year the East Brunswick Education Association awards three scholarships to East Brunswick High School Seniors. These awards are presented at the East Brunswick Annual Senior Awards Program.
Scholarship contributions are tax deductible
EBEA Philanthropic Scholarship
An annual (4) four year scholarship that recognizes an EBHS senior who has chosen to study in the field of education.
To apply: An EBHS Senior must complete the EBHS Senior Award Questionnaire found on the High School/Students/Senior webpage, or contact their counselor.

EBEA Shelli Fishman Memorial Scholarship
An annual scholarship awarded to an outstanding East Brunswick graduate who will continue his/her education at a college, university, trade school or an institution of higher learning. Students will be required to write an essay on the topic “Other's Before Self” in honor of Shelli for her selflessness and commitment to community service.
Checks are to be payable to "EBEA Shelli Fishman Memorial Scholarship Fund" and mailed to the EBEA office.

EBEA Lucy Bortono Memorial Scholarship
An annual scholarship awarded to an outstanding East Brunswick graduate who will be pursuing an education beyond high school other than college, including but not limited to job training programs (such as Lincoln Tech, United Technical Institute or Cosmetology programs) or a certificate program (such as X-Ray Technician etc.). Students will be required to write an essay on the topic “My Future Dream” in honor of Lucy’s desire to always support others in their desire to better themselves.
Checks are to be payable to "EBEA" with "Lucy Bortono Memorial Scholarship Fund" in the memo field and mailed to the EBEA office.
